A few weeks ago NetSafe attended CORE Education’s annual conference for educators, Ulearn 09, held down in Christchurch. Judge David Harvey came in to speak at the latest NetSafe Spotlight meeting on Wednesday this week and his presentation on the topic of copyright and illegal downloaders provoked some lengthy debate amongst the 40 or so people who attended in our Auckland office and via video conference from Wellington. NetSafe is working on a replacement for our schools Kit and the ‘Three Legged Stool’ approach to cybersafety services.
