Judge David Harvey came in to speak at the latest NetSafe Spotlight meeting on Wednesday this week and his presentation on the topic of copyright and illegal downloaders provoked some lengthy debate amongst the 40 or so people who attended in our Auckland office and via video conference from Wellington.

Today the Minister of Commerce, Hon Simon Power announcedthat Copyright Act working group had reported back with their recommendations on how to deal with Internet Copyright infringement.
